All Adria D'Oro products are made from premium ingredients of known origin in facilities equipped with the most advanced technology. Superior ingredients and timely meat processing are key to creating the distinctive taste of products made from Duroc pig.
At nearly 80,000 ha of arable land, in collaboration with our partners we grow wheat, sugar beet, sunflower, corn, oilseed rape and rye, which are the basic raw material in the production of feedstuffs used to feed our locally bred pigs. We know every grain eaten by our pigs, since we grow high-quality cereals and oilseeds to produce our own feed.
Žito Group is one of the largest pig producers in Croatia. Our pigs are bred and raised on Croatian farms, and their origin can be traced back for generations.
Meat processing and the production of cured products take place in our four facilities. The annual production capacity amounts to 150,000 prosciuttos, 1,400 tons of dry sausages, and 1,250 tons of other cured meat products. All facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art technology that meets the highest environmental and quality standards in the industry.
Adria D'Oro cured meat products are made from the highest-quality ingredients of known origin. Their freshness, juiciness, and rich red color come from just the right blend of spices and the natural aging process. The only essential addition is salt, used in small amounts to achieve a full-bodied flavor. The products are minimally processed, contain no artificial colorings, flavor enhancers, harmful additives, or allergens, making them suitable for all consumer groups.
